When We Started
A Beginning of new ERA
Today, after years of experience, consistency, and customer loyalty, I am proud to take the next step forward. We have decided to expand through franchising, and our first franchise is set to open in Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad with plans to grow further in the coming years.
Turning Point of Journey
The bakery from which I sourced puffs shut down. I tried finding alternatives, but the quality was never the same. I strongly believed that if I couldn’t serve a product I was proud of, I shouldn’t serve it at all. That is when a simple thought changed my direction:
Why not start my own bakery?
In 2014, I turned that thought into reality by starting my own bakery in my hometown, Pij. From the very beginning, my focus was clear; no compromise on quality, taste, or freshness. The response exceeded my expectations. Customers from nearby areas and even from outside Changa supported the bakery with immense trust and appreciation. The same shop outside Changa College, which I started years earlier, continues to operate even today.
This journey has never been about rapid expansion. It has always been about doing things the right way—earning trust one customer at a time.
Initial Start Up Of Journey
Like many others, I started by working in different bakeries and restaurants. Those early years shaped my understanding of the business from the ground level—how products are made, how customers think, and why quality and consistency matter more than anything else. Every role I worked in taught me something valuable, and those learnings became the foundation of everything I do today. After gaining experience, I decided to take a small but meaningful step toward entrepreneurship. I opened a small shop outside Changa College. At that time, I didn’t have my own bakery, so I sourced puffs from a nearby bakery and sold them at my outlet. What made this phase special was creativity. I focused on offering variety, presenting products differently, and giving customers multiple options.
